We collect the medical documents and text you submit so we can process them and return a plain-language result. We also collect limited account and contact details you provide (such as name, email, company, and the information entered into our request forms), and basic technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate and secure the Services.
We use the information you provide to deliver the Services, respond to your requests, maintain security, and improve how the product works. We process information submitted through our forms exclusively to handle your request; it is not passed to third parties for their own marketing.
Medical reports submitted for translation are processed to generate your result and are not stored long-term. We aim to minimize how long any document content is retained, keeping it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
